Parylene-C up to 100°C
Parylene-F for higher temperatures

RIGID AND FLEXIBLE PCB AND PCBA

CX-ULTRA is a long-term moisture protection and electrical insulation for electronics

it is compatible with a large range of rigid and flexible FR4 PCB and PCBA.
it resists to solder reflow processes of 260°C
it resists to hundreds of temperature cycling (-55°C to +125°C)
it protects PCB exposed to or immersed in aggressive media, like saline solutions for years without the need of rigid casing

CX-ULTRA is a true multilayer conformal coating applied by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition without capillary effect and line-of-sight limitations.
