MULTILAYER AVAILABLE GRADES

CX-MAX is available with two Parylene grades

  • Parylene-C up to 100°C
  • Parylene-F for higher temperatures

 

CX-MAX ranges from 1 to 10 um in thickness

RIGID AND FLEXIBLE PCB AND PCBA

CX-MAX is a long-term moisture protection and electrical insulation for electronics

  • it is compatible with a large range of rigid and flexible FR4 PCB and PCBA.
  • it resists to solder reflow processes of 260°C
  • it resists to hundreds of temperature cycling (-55°C to +125°C)
  • it protects PCB exposed to or immersed in aggressive media, like saline solutions for years without the need of rigid casing

TRULY CONFORMAL MULTILAYER COATING

CX-MAX is a true multilayer conformal coating applied by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition  without capillary effect and line-of-sight limitations.

BIOCOMPATIBLE MATERIAL

CX-MAX is ideal for medical devices, it protects at very long-term devices and electronics against corrosion and degradation and it improves the biocompatibility of base materials.

  • Fully biocompatible and biostable
  • Compatible with all sterilization methods

FUNCTIONALIZATION

CX-MAX can be functionalized to become either hydrophilic or hydrophobic.

CX-MAX is the ideal solution to protect implantable mini magnets, prevent their corrosion and improve their biocompatibility.
