Acquisition of COAT-X by Plasmalex

We are pleased to announce an exciting development for our company: COAT-X has been acquired by the Plasmalex group of companies. Plasmalex is a leading provider of innovative low pressure as well as atmospheric plasma surface functionalization solutions, delivering both chemistry and equipment for a wide range of applications such as electronics, medical, technical textiles and filtration. It has a full range of industrial scale solutions and has facilities in France and Belgium.

This change marks an important milestone for us, and we are excited about the opportunities it brings to our valued customers.
